I really recommend you check out kettlebells! The workouts are only about 20 minutes long, but you definitely feel them the next day. The best bit is.. they help you lose fat and put on muscle at the same time while making you flexible (like yoga does) and improves your balance too!

it is important to eat right too, so try eating fruits and salad from time to time.
